Our psychedelic tunnel-shooter game has a name now and a website and a social account here on Fedi! Presenting: Psybernetic Warp Explosion, a psychedelic tunnel-shooter with VR support. https://psyberneticwarpexplosion.com or follow @psybernetic@psyberneticwarpexplosion.com Got it running pretty well on the Steam Frame now, after re-building the physics and using piles of caching in the shader. Still runs into trouble with lots of particles though. I am finding myself having quite a bit of fun exploring the vast caverns and tiny passageways of the seed-generated tunnel maps. They sometimes look very pretty, and there's a lot more improvement to be done there too. #introduction #gamedev #psyberneticWarpExplosion

Do usłyszenia ponownie! 👋 --- No i patrzcież Państwo, znowu żem się rozpisał :D Tak z ciekawości, przedstawialiście się kiedyś na jakichkolwiek mediach społecznościowych, w taki lub podobny sposób? #introduction #poznajmysie #powitanie #pl

As we creep up on the end of the year, I'm creating an #introduction post because .. apparently I didn't have one :) I'm Dawgeth aka Matt. I'm a husband, dad, software architect, engineering manager, tinkerer, gamer, and generally curious person who has a hard time leaving well enough alone. A few things you'll find me talking about: #Technology - Software architecture, engineering, automation, and figuring out how things work. #Linux - Self-hosting, homelabs, open source, and running services just because I can. #Gaming - Steam, GOG, Xbox, and more .. I bounce around a lot! #Programming - Building little projects, experimenting with new ideas, and occasionally turning a five-minute problem into a weekend project. #Politics - Hanging out on the left, progressive, interested in local government, civic engagement, and making things a little better for everyone. #Community - Building spaces where people feel welcome, whether that's online, in the neighborhood, or around a table. #Makers - Small business adventures, creative projects, crafting, and supporting people who make things with their hands. #Gardening - Growing food, learning as I go, and maintaining the illusion that I know what I'm doing in the garden. #Family - A big family, a busy household, and plenty of reasons to appreciate the little things. I'm a firm believer that curiosity is a pretty good way to spend a life. I have too many interests, too many projects, and probably too many browser tabs open. Happy to meet new people, exchange ideas, talk shop, or just enjoy the occasional bit of internet nonsense. Here's to another year of figuring things out!

It is high time for me to write an #introduction ! I am Baplar, been around all over the Interent under that name for decades. Self-proclaimed ambassador of the #VR platform #Resonite , I am also a bona fide Mentor there, and I host a weekly meetup for the #Linux users of the platform. I am a virtual reality enthusiast #VR , and a video game enthusiast more generally. My backlog keeps filling up, but I’m trying to whittle it down bit by bit! I also follow closely the Free and Open Source world #FOSS . Libre is a passion and a hobby for me, but it’s neither my calling nor my carreer. I also regularly play #Riichi #Mahjong , with my little skill level. Find me online on MajSoul or in #Toulouse at the Sou-Long club! I follow the flow, I don’t have any particular notoriety. I’m here for posting about Resonite, keeping in touch with Fediverse news, and staying in contact with my friends.

RE: https://eldritch.cafe/@ml/117349567220674418 Still trying to reconnect with followers in this manual move I made. If you were interested before in what I posted publicly, you may still be interested and this is the new account for that. #Introduction

Hi Fediverse! I'm Eduard, an accessibility consultant and C++ developer. I've just opened the beta of Tagafolio, a tool that checks PDFs for accessibility (PDF/UA and WCAG) and helps fix them. It runs entirely in your browser, using WebAssembly. Your documents are never uploaded anywhere. Try it: https://tagafolio.com It's a beta, so feedback is gold, especially from screen reader users. #Introduction #A11y #Accessibility #PDF #PDFUA

hey, i'm Zyro. 🐺

figured i'd introduce myself instead of being a random wolf on your timeline.

• species: wolf (furry, obviously)
• interests: gaming, technology, music, art, and the fediverse.
• personality: shy, chaotic, silly, and socially awkward as fuck.

i'm also pretty big on internet freedom, decentralization, and getting away from corporate-owned social media.

i'm not always good at conversations, so don't expect me to magically know what to say lmao.

feel free to interact. i'm chill, just don't be a creep.

that's about it. :3
