As a reform caucus, the pillars of our platform are: build a meaningfully democratic union, what’s good for the community is what’s good for our union, and transparency in union leadership. We often shorten this to a motto length phrase: transparency, democracy, and solidarity. CPR is the most accomplished group of elected bargaining unit leaders in ONA, who’ve directly led many of our union’s most successful contract campaigns since the pandemic.
