Here's a thought for really enjoying your music play back, especially as it relates to changing E.Q. settings. And that is... Dont! *Leave it flat* Don't try to remix the album/song to sound better than the hours the producer, band, and artist spent laying down thier unique audio. Give them credit. Listen to the pure, full mix as it was intended. If you need more from your listening experience, I'd suggest trying different ear buds, bluetooth and/or stereo speakers. Focus on the output, not on re-shaping the song before it reaches your speakers. Let your ears settle in and you'll find that no 'E.Q.' is the best way to enjoy your music collection. #audio #speakers #cds #music

Right up there with some of the greatest human tragedies that’s ever happened in the history of the world, we as human beings have a responsibility to work together to assure that these unspeakable acts of inhumanity NEVER happen again. #neverforget#vinyl #vinylrecords #vinylcommunity #records #vintage #retro #physicalmedia #analog #cds #compactdisc #music #badmusic #awfulmusic #terriblemusic #inhumane 🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦🪦 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀

JACK MUDURIAN Downloading The Repertoire 1996 U.S. CD issue Truly one of the batshit craziest discoveries I’ve had in a long while. Recorded in the Summer of 1981, Jack Mudurian was an older man who lived at the Duplex Nursing Home in #boston Ma. He claimed to have a repertoire of 'almost as many songs as Sinatra'. So, someone recorded him with a cassette recorder on the Duplex porch… UNINTERRUPTED. Seriously. UNINTERRUPTED. For 47 minutes straight, Jack unleashes a truly bizarre stream-of-consciousness hellfire. It sounds like an unmedicated retiree having the world’s greatest stroke. It’s incredible. It’s crazy listening to this craziness, with no breaths, & see the numbers on the track counter advance, with no real line of delineation. Birds are singing, other elders are heard singing in the background… It’s insane. This might be the greatest recording of all time. #vinyl #vinylrecords #vintage #retro #physicalmedia #analog #vinylcollection #cds #rare #art

Opening a CD or DVD box. Sliding it into the player. Pressing play. That simple ritual reminds us of something we're losing: the feeling of truly owning what we consume. Not renting access, not relying on servers, just you and your collection. #dvds #cds #spotify #privacy #tech #europe
