Recent data from research groups like METR and the UK AI Security Institute shows that AI task-handling capabilities and time horizons are doubling approximately every 4 to 7 months. It makes sense to push for basic income now, while our labor is still needed and we still have bargaining power. #ECIUBI2027 #basicincome #UBI
