I didn’t get much for Bandcamp Friday today. I did get the new Obscure & Terrible release from Paurl Walsh. https://obscureandterrible.bandcamp.com/album/exploratory-orchestral-aestheses-for-the-induction-of-ecstatic-states-in-human-subjects #ExperimentalMusic #Seattle #PNW #SoundArt #NeoClassical #BandcampFriday

I voted. Please do the same. 🙏 #ivoted #vote #Seattle

Some people debate, do you blame the karens who lie or the cops who harm and kill on bad information? I think the cops WE pay. We all actually have a duty to correct the giant beast we're funding. #SPD #Seattle #DSA Now you can go change laws, go protest cops or go be a lawyer, judge or NPO and try for better out comes. And on this here feed we never give up and as much as I hate the Obama's, when they go low I do infact aim very high. We're gonna improve my outcome and fix some local laws.

If you're part of the 70% (!) of people in King County who haven't returned their ballot, or know someone who might be, please take 15 minutes TONIGHT to fill out your ballot and return it to one of the many drop boxes tomorrow. The future of the WA Supreme Court is on the ballot! #Seattle #WAElex

Police contact again yesterday. You know, these police contact posts sure feel repetitive to change it up I'm building a NEW website just for these posts! Check it out! I'm still working on some infographics, hopefully will knock those out soon. This week my ex called SPD(and they came) bc my ex didn't like which entrance of the cop shop I waited near. They literally called the cops TWICE instead of walk 50ft! https://dayssinceivebeenstoppedbythepolice.com #Seattle #PNW #FamilyCourt #Karen #FamilyLaw #ACAB #SPD

Alright I've setup a dedicated site to track the unnecessary police contact countless false calls have caused me. Today I pushed an update adding more infographics about the frequency of stops I've been subjected to for no good reason. Please consider donating to the legal fund for my daughter and I below 👇🏿 https://dayssinceivebeenstoppedbythepolice.com #MutualAidRequest #LegalFund #BlackDadsMatter #infographics #dataviz #KarenLaw #PNW #acab #Seattle #SPD

NEW - I struck a deal this month only for legal fund donations to be matched 2:1 so this month a $50 donation for example will be matched and counted as $150 towards legal debt! 🥳 Added the outstanding legal debt to the dashboard. This is JUST the outstanding legal debt and does not include the over $20k I've already spent on legal fees. https://dayssinceivebeenstoppedbythepolice.com #ParentingWhileBlack #BlackDadsMatter #PNW #FamilyCourt #Seattle #SeattleDSA #DSA

I got stopped by the cops today after my ex refused to pickup our child from the exchange for over TWO HOURS! Ten days, that's the longest I've gone this year without police contact over false claims from my ex. Seattle police today used an undercover cop and had nearly a half dozen cops come through (some well after the exchange) and harassed me as I left. When will the abuse end? https://dayssinceivebeenstoppedbythepolice.com #Seattle #ParentingWhileBlack #PNW #FamilyCourt #KarenLaw #ACAB

Police contact AGAIN today. Today's Karen call my ex threatened me with police contact for HOURS. Then when the cops finally showed up my ex started a tug of war for an item I was holding. I told them to stop.... the cop then claimed I was harassing HIM because I told my ex to stop trying to steal something out of my hands in front of a cop! Please consider donating we can really use the help and have donation matching only for a couple more days! https://dayssinceivebeenstoppedbythepolice.com #Seattle #ACAB

I went back to Kubota Garden yesterday to photograph the twisted Japanese maple, this time from underneath, looking straight up into the canopy. The bark was still wet from the rain, dark and smooth against the orange leaves. When I showed my wife this one, she said it looked like a sculpture. I think she is right. It looks less grown than carved. Do you see a sculpture in it, or something else? I keep finding new shapes every time I look at it. #JapaneseMaple #KubotaGarden #Seattle #PNW #FallColors #Washington

For your Caturday, a new mural at Pike and Boylston on Capitol Hill in Seattle. The cat's name is given as Mina and the work is by Gerardo Peña, signing as Periko the Artist. I hope this and other recent wall art remains looking fresh and free from graffiti and stickers for a long time. #Seattle #art #wallart #murals #cats #Caturday #CatsofMastodon

Pleased to see that someone on /r/Seattle is trying to find a witch to curse her ex-husband's favorite thing and everyone in the comments is applauding her for thinking locally rather than turning to Etsy. Never change, #Seattle.

Conservative assholes "Let's Go Washington" has made voting really easy this year: vote NO on all the Washington state initiatives. I-001 can harm queer kids by revealing private medical records and outing them to their parents. I-638 is anti-trans and opens up young girls to harm by requiring "gender checks" that include genital inspection. I-645 is to repeal the millionaires tax -- the one small fix we have to our regressive tax system. Vote NO. #voteWA #Seattle #WAstate

#Seattle #Washington #USA #US The news comes years after the company initially sought a permit from the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency to burn more tires in its kiln, and after around a year of protest from the advocacy group, Duwamish River Community Coalition https://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/climate-lab/activists-block-attempt-to-burn-more-tires-at-seattle-cement-plant/ #ClimateChange #UpheavalClimate #ClimateInstability #ClimateReversal #MassAtrocity #pollution #ecology #environment #climate

Really excited to sit in these comfortable seats next time I need to make it to #Seattle. The reading light, power plugs, extending tables, and coat hooks are all nice touches. #Amtrak #Trains #PDX
