His initial batch of talking points shows his team (including a new chief of staff) has identified a handy narrative for his job (ending famine), and developed a conspicuous fixation on dropping food from planes (generally not considered humanitarian “best practice”). A couple of terms seemingly missing from his vocabulary: “climate change” and “UNRWA”.
