    #3GoodThings 1. Just saw a bunch of happy young teenagers out taking Homecoming photos in the neighborhood. They were excited and it brought me joy to see it. 2. Sammy is 100% healed up, glad to have our furry prince back to feeling better. 3. Mizzou beat #8 Florida by 37 points. HUGE win, but a very tough schedule ahead. Could put them in the playoff mix if they keep winning.

My Anti-Spotify video has reached a view count sufficient such that, if every viewer canceled their Spotify sub and switched to Metrolist, then it would mathematically cost Spotify a million dollars a year.     #3GoodThings 1. Fixed my scooter by myself, though it&#39;ll take 2-4 weeks for the new bearings to break in. 2. Got my YT video done early this week so I have literally nothing I absolutely HAVE to do this weekend. 3. Got a really, really good workout in today and, even though I&#39;m 45, I&#39;m still very, very strong.

    1. Got my workout in this morning and it was upper body day, so I feel like the Hulk. 2. Taking myself out for a scoot and lunch when I finish work at noon, and it&#39;s 70 degrees and sunny outside. 3. Passed 200 subs on my YT channel this week. This felt impossible four months ago, when I was sitting at 15 and had been for a while, so it feels very cool. #3GoodThings

    So much shitty news. But it was 70 degrees here in KC today and the walk home was exceedingly lovely.     Welp. My mom had the choice to remove the feeding tube or try to get dad&amp;#39;s feeding tube replaced, and of course, she&amp;#39;s getting it replaced. She says that he wanted to be revived if at all possible, but I don&amp;#39;t know if I believe her. I&amp;#39;m sure she thinks he could recover, but the rest of us can see pretty clearly that he&amp;#39;s not going to. It&amp;#39;s aggravating to watch, but there&amp;#39;s nothing I can do.     Man. Again. I cannot believe how good I feel, even after a short jog. I did 35 minutes of cardio on the treadmill today, only 15% of which was jogging. I hated every second of the running. But I feel like a million bucks this afternoon. Dang it. #Exercise #Running #WeightLoss #Fitness
